Using this store

• Abidin Seuk Fragrance Store sells perfumes and agarwood fragrances to customers in Cambodia.
• You need an account (email, Google or Cambodian phone number) to add items to your cart and order.
• Please give true information. We may disable accounts used for fake orders, fraud or abuse.

Orders & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are checked again when you place your order.
• Items are reserved for you when you place an order. An order is confirmed only after we check and approve your payment.
• If a payment can't be verified, the order is declined and the items go back on sale.
• You can follow your order status on the Orders page.

Delivery & returns

• We deliver within Cambodia. Delivery time depends on your location.
• If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us through chat as soon as possible with photos so we can help.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.

Your privacy

• We store your name, email or phone number, delivery addresses, orders, cart, wishlist and chat messages so the store can work.
• Your data is stored securely with Google Firebase. We don't sell your information to anyone.
• We only use your details to process orders, deliver them and answer your messages.
• You can delete your account and its data at any time in My Account.

Notifications

• If you allow notifications, we send alerts for chat replies, payment approval and order status.
• You can turn them off at any time in your browser or phone settings.

Changes

• We may update this policy. If it changes, we'll ask you to agree again before you continue shopping.
